This website has been set up following the demise of the BDS affiliated club scheme to provide a free portal for carriage drivers and carriage driving clubs of all sorts in the UK. We will be listing carriage driving clubs. With contact details and website link where appropriate as well as a calendar of all sorts of carriage driving events across the UK. Welcome to the Heavy Horse Enthusiast website. Has been supplying great products to the heavy horse world for over 35 years, with the design and production of KB horse brasses. The Society was formed in 1975 by a group of people who wanted to advance the interest of the Heavy Horse. Initially it was confined to the boundaries of Devon, Dorset and Somerset but our current membership of over 250 live in areas far beyond these counties. The Society is run by a Council of 12 members and events are always held in the South West.
